Break The Barrier provides early-intervention behavioural engineering systems, including behavioural mapping, self-regulation tools, framework-based discussions, and structured resources designed to support behavioural clarity, regulation, and stability.
All information and tools are educational, preventative, and behavioural in nature.
2. Eligibility and Consent
BTB supports individuals aged 16-55. Participants aged 16-17 require consent from a parent or guardian. Individuals aged 18 and above may participate independently.
3. Personal Responsibility
By engaging with BTB systems or sessions, you acknowledge that behavioural outcomes vary depending on individual effort and application.
- You are responsible for how you use the tools and frameworks provided.
- BTB does not guarantee specific outcomes.
- BTB is not a substitute for therapeutic, medical, or clinical care.
- You agree to apply the tools responsibly and within your personal capacity.
4. Bookings, Cancellations and Payments
By booking a BTB Framework Introductory Call or other early-intervention session, you agree to provide accurate information, attend sessions on time, and provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Any fees paid are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Intellectual Property
All BTB materials, including frameworks, diagrams, videos, behavioural models, written content, and session materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Break The Barrier.

- You agree not to create derivative works without written permission.
- You agree not to resell, redistribute, or use BTB materials for competing products.
- You agree not to publish or distribute internal materials without written permission.
6. Confidentiality and Safety
Information shared during any BTB Framework Introductory Call or session is treated as confidential, except where you provide written consent, disclosure is required by law, or there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
BTB reserves the right to discontinue sessions or restrict access if a participant behaves in a way that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive.
